2026 release. The PR on this one was a bit sparse. He is from Canada. I think it’s a single but other than that the promo lacks detail.

Sounds Have Dreams (2026) - Second album from the supergroup which is the brainchild of avant composer / keyboardist and ARIA Award winner Alister Spence. The all-instrumental band also features guitarist and musical pioneer Ed Kuepper (The Saints etc) , improvisational upright bassist Lloyd Swanton (The Necks) and drummer Toby Hall (The Catholics / Mike Nock). Is it jazz or rock or somewhere in between?
sunn 0)))) (2026) - Another track from the forthcoming album. Big tour of the States/ Canada/ EU and UK coming up but not including Manchester for some reason. The usual dense and impenetrable walls of sound from the dynamic duo which begins a heavy section for the show.
Cheap Heat (2026) - The New Bedford, Massachusetts’ trailblazers are back with their sixth full-length studio LP . Just over three years after their 2022-released Lose Your Delusion LP, they are back swinging harder than ever with ten tracks of their adrenaline-fueled melodic hardcore/punk rock.
Overspace & Supertime (2026) - science fiction meets heavy metal with this release from Leeds based progressive death/thrash metal band. Extreme stuff.
Confined To Time (2026) - a solo death metal project from David McMaster of the band Superstition. From Northern New Mexico, the project surfaced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Being in lock down provided time for writing and recording a set of riff-charged songs with haunting, reverberating guitars, and rhythmic assaults of drum and bass.
Unrest (2007) - Recorded at Virgin Records’ Manor studios in February and March 1974. It was their second album and was released in May 1974. It was their first album including oboe and bassoon player Lindsay Cooper. The featured John Greaves composition is one of the few written pieces on an album dominated by experimentation and improvisation.
Ganburu (2026) - Polish-French dark-pop singer/songwriter DORRR remixed by Scenius. This leans into the Anglo-French duo’s electronic dark-pop signature while bringing a fresh perspective on one of the record’s key themes: women’s need for recognition, symbolised by the sun that keeps shining, even when unseen.
